AOMC CEO Dr Riverson Oppong appointed Africa Regional Director for Society of Petroleum Engineers

Dr. Riverson Oppong, CEO of the Association of Oil Marketing Companies (AOMC), has been appointed Africa Regional Director of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

With over 15 years of global experience, his contributions to Ghana's oil, gas, and energy sectors, including shaping national policies like the Gas Master Plan, were key to his recognition.

Dr. Oppong will leverage SPE's global network in his new role to drive innovation, foster partnerships, and enhance Africa's oil marketing sector. His dual roles at AOMC and SPE create a synergy between local expertise and international best practices.
