Groupe Nduom has disputed the Bank of Ghana's (BoG) claims regarding GN Savings, calling the statements "wildly inaccurate".
The BoG had revoked GN Bank's license in 2019, citing regulatory violations and insolvency.
However, Groupe Nduom argued that GN Savings had sufficient funds, exceeding the GHS30.33 million claimed by the BoG.
The group demanded the restoration and upgrade of GN Savings' license, stating that the BoG's decision was a mistake that must be corrected.
Groupe Nduom also highlighted that the government and its agencies owe them over GHS7.1 billion, which would enable GN Savings to become a universal bank again.
