Akufo-Addo confirms Herbert Krapa as substantive Energy Minister

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has appointed Herbert Krapa as the substantive Minister for Energy. The appointment, effective November 19, 2024, was announced in a press statement signed by Eugene Arhin, Director of Communications at the Jubilee House.

Mr. Krapa previously served as the Minister of State at the Ministry of Energy since July 15, 2024. During his tenure, he was noted for his diligence, professionalism, and dedication, significantly contributing to the progress and stability of Ghana's energy sector.
