Bolt boosts platform safety with women driver forum in Accra

Bolt hosted a Women Drivers Safety Forum in Ghana to address safety concerns and educate female drivers on safety features in its app.

The event, part of Bolt’s safety campaign, included discussions with safety experts on best practices, self-defense, and the app’s emergency tools, such as trip sharing and audio recording.

Henry Whyte, Bolt Ghana’s Senior Operations Manager, emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting female drivers. Regional Manager Lola Masha highlighted the importance of creating a safe, inclusive environment.

Bolt pledged continued efforts to enhance driver safety and organize future forums to strengthen safety measures for women.
