The Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG), has reaffirmed its commitment to advancing the marketing profession through institutional collaborations.

At its 34th Annual General Meeting, CIMG President Dr. Daniel Kasser-Tee announced plans to partner with academic institutions to establish more Accredited Study Centres for Professional Marketing Qualification (PMQ) exams.

The Institute is also engaging non-professional marketing practitioners to enhance certification and ethical practices.

CIMG aims to base its advocacy on research insights through strengthened partnerships with research entities like CIC and MSR.

The Ghana School of Marketing (GSM) is central to this effort, supporting PMQ candidates and forming partnerships with institutions like Sunyani Technical University and Kigenni for skill-building initiatives.

With an emphasis on global collaboration, CIMG seeks to align academic learning with industry trends, positioning Ghanaian marketers for global opportunities.
