The new attire’s design, inspired by FirstBank’s signature colors and logo, reflects the institution’s history of trust and innovation.
Naa Adokailey Amofa, Head of Human Development at FirstBank Ghana, highlighted the cloth's design as representing the Bank’s “timeless legacy,” with interconnected motifs symbolizing collaboration across diverse teams.
“This new Friday wear means more than just a piece of clothing; it is a symbol of who we are as a team and represents our commitment to working together, respecting our differences, and achieving success as one collective force,” she explained.
The launch ceremony, designed to strengthen team spirit, saw employees share in the pride of the new Friday wear, which reinforces FirstBank’s commitment to a culture of unity and shared purpose.
As part of the First Bank Group of Nigeria Limited, currently celebrating its 130th anniversary, FirstBank Ghana operates in line with the group's values of building strong relationships within teams and with customers.
