The 2024 Afrobarometer Report by the Centre for Democratic Development (CDD) indicates that 82% of Ghanaians believe the country is heading in the wrong direction, a slight improvement from 87% in 2023. Only 15% feel the nation is on the right track.
Key concerns include poverty and unemployment, with 82% reporting some level of poverty.
Additionally, 85% support maintaining free Senior High School (SHS) education, and 80% want the e-levy canceled.
