The Western Regional office of Ghana Water Limited (GWCL) has rewarded two loyal customers for their prompt bill payments.

Takoradi Mall (commercial category) and Mrs. Agnes Mensah (domestic category) received customized wall clocks, mugs, and tissue boxes.

Acting Regional Chief Manager Nana Yaw Barima Barnie stated this initiative aligns with GWCL's Customer Service Month, celebrated every October. He urged others to follow their example and pay bills promptly, emphasizing that GWCL relies on these payments for daily operations.

Both recipients expressed gratitude, with Mrs. Mensah encouraging her community to stay current on their water bills.
