KPMG Ghana KPMG Ghana

KPMG's audit report on the contract between the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) and Strategic Mobilisation Ghana Ltd (SML) has revealed that either party can terminate the agreement, but this would entail financial implications for the Government of Ghana (GoG) and GRA.

KPMG recommends legal review of government contracts to avoid financial liabilities.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo released the report for transparency, despite initial exemptions under the Right to Information Act.
