Ghana’s economy is growing stronger – Finance Minister

Finance Minister Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam has praised President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for strengthening Ghana's economy, citing improved economic indicators and robust banking sector performance.

Speaking at the commissioning of the Bank Square, the Bank of Ghana's new headquarters in Accra, on November 20, 2024, Dr. Adam highlighted the President's leadership in achieving economic growth beyond targets.

He also commended the central bank's leadership for safeguarding national interests and noted the impressive performance of banks.

Dr. Adam emphasized that the new headquarters would provide a conducive work environment for the Bank of Ghana's staff, enhancing efficiency in executing its mandate.

The event underscored the administration's efforts to bolster economic stability and infrastructure development.
