Heritors Labs business pitch awardee, Mudeys, gains export license to tap into new markets

Mudeys Catering Services, a Ghanaian business known for its innovative cake mix, has obtained an export license from the Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA), enabling it to expand internationally.

With support from Heritors Labs via the RISA Fund, the company also acquired new production equipment to scale up manufacturing and meet growing demand. This milestone positions Mudeys to enter new markets across Africa and beyond.

The company’s expansion aligns with Heritors Labs' mission to support local businesses, transforming research-based innovations into marketable products and driving economic growth.
