KfW Ghana boss lauds BoG and DBG for support for FinTechs

Arndt Wierheim, Country Director of German Development Bank (KfW), has praised the 3i Africa Summit, organized by the Bank of Ghana (BoG) and Development Bank Ghana (DBG), for its focus on financial technology (FinTech).

He lauded DBG's support for FinTechs, noting it is essential for modernizing Ghana's economy.

Wierheim highlighted the Summit's successful assembly of diverse participants, fostering discussions on digital economy transformation. Emphasizing collaboration and partnerships, he asserted DBG's role in enhancing the financial sector, particularly for SMEs.

The Summit featured extensive participation and achieved significant engagement, reinforcing Ghana's position as a promising hub for FinTech innovation and growth.
