Kufuor Scholar champions Agricultural Innovation through Fidelity GreenTech Challenge

Roselyn Aboagyewah Dankyi Ntim, a Kufuor scholar from Ghana, is pioneering sustainable agricultural practices with her project, Rapidry, which targets post-harvest losses.

Recognizing agriculture's importance to Ghana's economy, Roselyn aims to assist local farmers in reducing waste, motivated by the estimated $1.9 billion annual loss due to post-harvest inefficiencies.

Supported by the Fidelity GreenTech Innovation Challenge, Roselyn’s team received mentorship and a GHS 50,000 grant to further develop Rapidry, a mechanical drying solution that boosts produce quality and market value.

She attributes her resilience and discipline to the values instilled by the Kufuor Scholars Program, which she believes were key to her team’s success.
