The Bank of Ghana has called on regulated financial institutions to uphold high standards of customer care and satisfaction during Global Customer Service Week.
It emphasized the importance of fair pricing, adequate product disclosures, and adherence to ethical standards.
Recognizing customers' vital role in the banking sector, the Central Bank stated that their confidence is essential for the system's stability.
Additionally, it encouraged customers to familiarize themselves with the Bank of Ghana’s Complaints Resolution Mechanism, which provides specific channels for lodging complaints regarding their financial institutions' conduct.
