PETROSOL appoints Lawrencia Himans to its Board

PETROSOL has appointed Lawrencia Himans to its Board of Directors, effective May 16, 2024.

With nearly two decades of experience in corporate finance, mostly in the oil and gas sector, Himans is a chartered accountant and ACCA Fellow.

She joined PETROSOL in 2019, becoming Chief Finance Officer in 2023.

Her leadership earned her the Exemplary Leadership Award in 2023 and the CEO's Special Award in 2024. PETROSOL CEO Michael Bozumbil praised her professionalism and dedication.

Himans aims to help make PETROSOL a model of excellence in the energy sector.
