TDC declares GH¢3m dividends to Ghana government

At its fourth Annual General Meeting in Tema, TDC Ghana Limited declared a dividend of three million Ghana Cedis to the government for the year ending 2023.

The company reported a 33.3% increase in gross revenue, rising from GH¢136.6 million in 2022 to GH¢182.06 million in 2023, with profit before tax increasing by 46.4% to GH¢72.98 million.

Board Chairman Kofi Brako emphasized the importance of reinvesting profits into ongoing housing projects.

Managing Director Alice Abena Ofori-Atta announced the commencement of the final phase of the Community 26 affordable housing project, set for completion in 18 months.
