Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Afriwave Telecom, Philip Sowah has advised Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to take advantage of the technological space in order to grow their business.
According to him, SME CEOs who take advantage the technological space to give their customers constant information and ask for feedback on services rendered will have their customers always
“Anybody who buys anything from you and gives you the information, think of how long for them to exhaust that product, and then you remind them before they are due that product and they will come and buy from you” Mr. Sowah stated.
Speaking at the maiden edition of the Ghana SMEs CEO Summit on Monday November 20, 2017 at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel in Accra on the topic ‘Digital Disruption; How the Digital revolution is Transforming SMEs”, Philip Sowah indicated that there are several ways SMEs can maximize their business using technology hence charged the business owners to take advantage of it.
“I think there is a lot of technology on our fingertips right now that if we sit back with our teams and see how do we exploit the information we currently have as SMEs, there are a lot you can do for your business without spending additional money” he explained.
The Ghana SME CEO Summit is to gather CEOs, business leaders, stakeholders, investors, service providers, regulators, government representatives and thought leaders to engage in common current issues; to discuss related topics, major trends, opportunities, government policies, legislature, new projects and also challenges.
