Telecel Ghana CEO champions purpose-driven leadership at New York summit

Patricia Obo-Nai, CEO of Telecel Ghana, emphasized the need for purpose-driven strategies in business to enhance socioeconomic impact at the 7th annual Leaders on Purpose CEO Summit in New York.

She urged leaders to prioritize community development and upskilling over mere profit, highlighting the importance of sustainable practices.

Obo-Nai also stressed the role of technology in bridging the digital divide and improving access to digital services.

Telecel is implementing sustainability initiatives, including expanding solar-powered exchanges and planting 100,000 trees by 2030, aligning with the UN's 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
