Wilmar Africa launch new promo to reward wholesalers

Wilmar Africa Limited, producers of Frytol cooking oil have introduced a six-month promotion dubbed “Wholesalers Akyedie Soronko Promo to reward their loyal wholesalers.

The new promo is aimed at recognizing the contribution of wholesalers to the success of the company with the eventual winners getting all-expense trips to Malaysia.

To qualify for the promo, a dealer must purchase at least GHC350 worth of Wilmar products.

A wholesaler stands a big chance of getting the Malaysia trip if he or she buys and sells the company products consistently during the promo period.

General Manager of Wilmar Africa Limited, Kwame Wiafe explained that the purpose of the promo is to generate extra revenue for their partners.

He added that the company appreciates the effort of their ‘hardworking’ dealers hence the need to reward them with the trip to Malaysia.

“The essence of this promotion is to secure them fixed income so that at the end of every month if they buy a certain threshold they are guaranteed some fixed income. Our wholesalers are hardworking people who don’t find time to go on quality vacations. So it’s a reward scheme to give them quality time off their busy schedules”.

Wilmar will also as part of the promo invite some customers from various parts of the country to tour the companies facilities and get abreast with their operations.

He urged the government to create an environment that will enable businesses to thrive in the country.
