The Youth Employment Agency (YEA) has launched its Business and Employment Assistance Programme (BEAP) to support 10,000 SMEs and startups affected by COVID-19.
The first phase included 1,452 businesses receiving GH¢500 per recruited employee to alleviate financial strains and create employment opportunities.
BEAP marks a significant milestone in YEA's commitment to job creation and economic empowerment, complementing other successful initiatives such as training programs and recruitment drives.
The YEA's holistic approach targets various sectors, offering vital support to struggling enterprises while fostering economic growth and stability.
