The Office of the Attorney General has filed disclosure documents for the trial of Archbishop Elisha Salifu Amoako and his wife, Mouha Amoako, in connection with their son's fatal accident that killed two young girls.

However, the prosecution has yet to file witness statements.

The case, which involves charges of permitting an unlicensed person to drive, was adjourned to November 28, 2024, for a case management conference.

The couple admitted to allowing their 16-year-old son to drive, despite his lack of a valid license.

The teen was involved in an accident on October 12, 2024, at East Legon, resulting in two fatalities.
