Ambulance case: Military Secretary confirms dishonourable discharge of Jakpa from GAF

Air Commodore Nana Adu Gyamfi, Military Secretary of the Ghana Armed Forces,has confirmed that Richard Jakpa was dishonorably discharged for unsatisfactory service and misconduct, including failing promotional exams and indiscipline.

Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame presented documents detailing Jakpa's misbehavior, including unauthorized use of military vehicles, failure to return to base, and financial improprieties.

Jakpa's legal team argued his discharge was due to inefficiency, but Gyamfi clarified it was also for specific misconduct.

This testimony supports claims of Jakpa's dishonorable discharge, highlighting issues of unprofessional behavior and lack of discipline.
