Anloga: Lifeless body of man washed ashore

Residents of Atsugbor community in the Anloga District of the Volta Region are in shock after discovering an unidentified man's lifeless body washed ashore.

The man, aged between 30 and 40, was found on Friday around 5 AM.

Assembly member James Fiati reported the incident and suggested that the body had been in the water for 3 to 4 days.

The incident is puzzling since it's a closed fishing season.

The body is now at Keta Municipal Hospital Morgue, and the Anloga Police are investigating.

Fiati urges the public to help identify the deceased and locate his relatives.
