Nathaniel Ankoma, named in court documents in connection with a job scam involving nurse Dorcas Adwoa Twene Amankwah, has denied any involvement in the crime.
Ankoma, cleared of fraud-related charges by security agencies, including the Ghana Police Service, expressed confusion over his name being included in the case. He clarified that he only met Dorcas during an investigation by the National Bureau of Investigation (NIB) and has never conspired with her or profited from her activities.
Ankoma criticized the Airport Police for allowing Kofi Yeboah Boadi, Dorcas’s accomplice, to abscond after his arrest.
Dorcas is accused of defrauding victims of GH₵3.7 million by promising government job placements, with her family claiming that others involved remain uncharged due to their connections at the Chief of Staff’s office.
