Norway Marathon: My signature was forged – National Paralympic Committee President

Samson Deen, President of the National Paralympic Committee (NPC) of Ghana, has denied authorizing visas for a group of alleged para-athletes to travel to Norway for the Bergen Marathon.

In response to the Ministry of National Security's report on the arrest of a supposed team member, Deen clarified that his signature was forged in the visa application letter.

He emphasized that neither he nor the NPC-Ghana had applied for any visas at the Norwegian Embassy, denouncing the circulating stories and pictures as unrelated to the legitimate Ghana Paralympic Team.
