Police arrest 487 QNET Ponzi scheme members in Kumasi

The Ghana Police Service conducted an operation and arrested 487 suspects who are members of the Ponzi scheme QNET in Kumasi.

The suspects were arrested in a house located at Adwuman near Kenyasi, and preliminary investigations revealed that they enticed people with the promise of lucrative returns on their investments.

Exhibits retrieved from them included registration documents and materials bearing the QNET logos.

Twelve of the suspects identified as executives of the scheme are currently in police custody, assisting in the investigation.

The Police urged the public to be cautious of such schemes and report any related activities.
