“You’ve disgraced me” – Salifu Amoako condemns attack on Journalist

Bishop Salifu Amoako, father of the 16-year-old involved in the tragic East Legon accident, has condemned the actions of his church members who assaulted a reporter after court proceedings on October 17, 2024.

Addressing his congregation on October 20, he expressed regret and urged restraint, stressing the importance of compassion and understanding.

He rebuked members for their behavior, reminding them that court is for legal interpretation, not conflict.

Bishop Amoako emphasized that the situation had worsened due to their actions and clarified that he never asked anyone to fight on his behalf.
