Kofi Totobi Quakyi pickup by BNI (9)

Mr Kofi Totobi Quakyi, former Minister of State Security, was pick up yesterday by BNI cum Police and was held at the Police Headquarters and was asked a series of questions on the Ghana Films Divestiture Implementation Program.

He was granted bail last night.
