‘Kumawood is not dead’ – Mercy Asiedu insists

Ghanaian actress Mercy Asiedu dismissed claims that the Kumawood film industry is declining.

In a recent interview, she attributed the industry's struggles to slow adaptation to technological changes, particularly the shift from CD sales to digital platforms.

Despite these challenges, Asiedu affirmed that Kumawood is not dead, just in need of technological updates.
