Lil Win shows wounds he sustained in fatal accident [Video]

Actor and comedian Kwadwo Nkansah ‘Lil Win’ revealed severe injuries from a recent car accident in Kumasi.

Contrary to initial reports, a video showed him with deep lacerations on his legs and visible cuts on his forehead.

The accident also tragically resulted in the death of a 3-year-old child.
