Willing Wanna was the main engine back in 2008 that solidified the bromance between multiple hit producer Beatz Dakay and decorated reggae-dancehall act Stonebwoy.
After years of putting in work, Ghana music is about to witness a whole new level of a powerful jolt of arousal and energy from none other than Willington Tettehgah otherwise known as Willing Wanna, an Ashaiman based reggae, dancehall, and afrobeat act with relishable street credibility.
A decade ago, if you enjoyed Vybz Kartel ft Queen Sheba's 'Benz Punani & You Him Deh' song, it's no doubt you'll certainly be fond of Willing Wanna's 'Broke Man' remix featuring undiluted talent factory Renner, produced by Beatz Dakay.
The song is expected to be dropped with a video. After which an album will be followed up with titled 'My Name Is Willing Wanna'. Details of the song and album release will be communicated in due time, but it promises to go down in history as one of the biggest collaborations/albums ever.
Best attributed with his persistence, diligence, passion, goal-oriented, style and, sometimes even raging with an obsession with work, Willing Wanna has inked a year renewable managerial deal with American-based record label 'Death Rose Records'.
Under the auspices of the label, he has also signed a year renewable distribution deal with Sony Music USA in which he released 'Accra To Dabala' as his first official single. One of his label mates by the name Ily Truly has a song featuring Neyo. That's how connected his label is.
Well, the good thing is, the name Willing Wanna has been around for years and his works are worth your time and attention. Due to his thirst for knowledge and understanding of the complexities of the music industry, he had to dillydally for years to reinvent himself musically, redefine his sound, and fine-tune his artistry.
Best known for his smooth vocal spectrum, reserved nature, lyrical dexterity, and ability to articulate the conflicts of his soul and lifestyle in a way that, despite the deep introspection, can still be blasted at a function is what he's adding up to what music fans may lack with even more energy and hits overdose.
