NDC appoints Rex Omar as creative arts lead for Mahama campaign

Highlife musician and entrepreneur Rex Omar has been appointed by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to lead creative industry activities ahead of the 2024 general election.

He will mobilize and organize stakeholders in the creative sector for the party's campaign.

Rex Omar, who is also an NDC communicator on creative arts policies, will represent the party at Joy FM's upcoming Manifesto Debate on Creative Economy on September 14, 2024.

The event will also feature representatives from the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and will be broadcast live on Joy FM and Joy Prime.
