Gospel musician Perez Musik has addressed claims of disunity among gospel musicians, asserting that such views stem from a lack of biblical understanding.

In an interview with GhanaWeb, he argued that what exists is "diversity," not division, among gospel artists.

He compared this to the apostles, who, after encountering Jesus Christ, pursued separate paths without forming a single ministry.

Citing this example, Perez emphasized that each gospel musician reaches unique audiences in different contexts.

He called for mutual respect, noting that diversity should be embraced rather than misinterpreted as division.

Perez made these remarks at the Made by Grace concert in Accra.
