Police ready to charge Akuapem Poloo - Vim Lady

Broadcaster with Despite Media, Afia Pokuaa known popularly as Vim Lady has lauded the police for their proactiveness in the case involving actress, Akuapem Poloo who posted a naked photo of herself and her son on social media.

Akuapem Poloo came under attack on social media for posting a naked photo of herself and her son to celebrate his birthday and also to send a message across that children should never reject their parents no matter how they are.

But the Criminal Investigation Department has invited the actress for questioning for sexually abusing her son by posing naked in front of him.

Reacting to the swift move by the Police to address the issue, Vim Lady indicated that the Police should be celebrated for being proactive.

She indicated that such happenings for hype and trends should stop because it’s needless.

The Despite Media Programmes Manager said "Police ready to charge Akuapem Poloo for taking naked pictures with her 7year old son. Very good. These things must stop”.

Meanwhile, Akuapem Poloo has said that the nude photo was an artistic impression.
