Rapper Sean Kingston and his mother in court charged with federal fraud offences

Rapper Sean Kingston and his mother, Janice Turner, have been indicted on federal fraud charges exceeding $1 million.

They are accused of using fake documents to obtain high-end goods and failing to pay for them.

Both were arrested in May and have appeared in federal court in Miami.
