AMG signee, Medikal after claiming he saved Ghana rap music from dying four years ago has received a lot of backlash from the public.

Other musicians have reacted accordingly. Though many have subtly replied to him, former SarkCess Music signee, Strongman has directly attacked Medikal over his infamous tweet.

In a post on Twitter, the ‘Confirm’ hitmaker declared that he was the one who saved the dying rap genre in Ghana four years ago and will do everything possible to sustain it.

“4 years ago I saved Ghanaian Rap music from dying and I promise to keep it alive ????????”, Medikal tweeted.

The latest to indirectly throw a shot at Medikal is GroundUpChale’s front-liner and BET nominee Kwesi Arthur who has over time proven that he has got the rap skills.

In his latest freestyle dubbed ‘Thoughts from King Arthur 4’, the ‘Grind Day’ hitmaker noted that he is the best rapper and that he makes back-to-back hit songs very easy.

In the course of his heavy rap lines, Kwesi Arthur threw a punch which many have likened it to be a direct reply to Medikal for claiming he saved Ghana rap music from dying; “Rapper of the year don’t be silly”, he said.

The potential Grammys winner at the end of the freestyle stated that he can’t beef his fellow Ghanaian rappers thereby nullifying all linking the punchline to Medikal.
