Security beefed up as Lil Win shows up in court over accident that killed 3-year-old

Actor Lil Win faced heightened security at the Asokore Mampong District Court in Kumasi following a fatal accident involving him.

Arrested after being discharged from the hospital, Lil Win, also known as Kwadwo Nkansah, was picked up due to demands for justice from the deceased's family.

Although his ill-health initially delayed his arrest, he was eventually taken into custody for further investigation.

Despite attending a movie premier post-accident, his management's statement regarding the incident received criticism for its insensitivity.

The police also faced backlash for what some perceived as leniency towards Lil Win's status.
