Sex will be good if your heart is in good shape - Physiotherapist

Physiotherapist Misbah Samir has spelt out to men that it will only take a healthy heart to enjoy sexual intercourse with their significant other.

On recommendation, he stated that one of the solution is aerobic exercises which include brisk walking or running.

“It should be the kind of exercise that makes you pant and make your heart pump very. If your heart is good then your sex will be very good.”

Taking the men through how to please their women in bed, he indicated that many women have issues with their libido.

‘Most women don’t just like sex, they hate sex.’

He however, noted that men can jump the hurdle since there are parts of the body that the men can stimulate very well to increase their partners’ interest in sex.

Demonstrating to the audience, the Acupuncturist said, “it does not take a lot to arouse a woman. One the areas that can get her aroused is behind her neck. Just at the base of the skull. It’s like you are just playing with her while stimulating her.”
