‘Try me and you will see’ – Vim Lady fires back at Opambuor

Veteran Ghanaian journalist Afia Pokuaa, known as Vim Lady, has rebuffed threats from Prophet Ebenezer Adarkwa Yiadom (Opambour) after he vowed to curse her over her criticism of his comments on the Ghana Card.

Opambour had questioned the card’s relevance during a church service, which Vim Lady deemed “shallow-minded.”

In a bold social media response, she highlighted her 20-year career resilience, dismissing his threats and recalling past challenges, including assaults during former President Kufuor’s tenure.

She clarified that her critique targeted his remarks, not his person, and defended her strong spiritual foundation against his intimidation, saying,

“You can’t just threaten me and expect me to be scared.”
