Vast opportunities in Creative Arts sector can boost Ghana’s economy – Creative Arts Agency

Frank Kwabena Owusu, Acting Deputy CEO of the Creative Arts Agency has highlighted the creative sector's potential for economic development at the Citi Business Festival's Creative Entrepreneurship Roundtable.

He noted that the global music industry's revenue is projected to reach $33.59 billion in 2024, with Africa's music streaming revenue expected to grow 7.1% to $410.7 million.

Owusu encouraged parents to support their children's interest in creative arts and emphasized the need for proper structures to tap into the global market, attract foreign investment, and improve Ghanaians' lives.
