Wives of MPs have failed to use their ‘powers’, says Empress Gifty

Gospel singer Empress Gifty criticized MPs' wives for not maximizing their positions to positively impact communities.

In an interview on Joy Prime, she suggested that if she were an MP’s wife, she would set a proactive example by utilizing the role for public good.

Gifty noted that while she supports her husband, politician Hopeson Adorye, with prayers, she remains focused on her own career.

She revealed no regrets from actively supporting him during his 2020 campaign, stressing the importance of spouses aiding each other's goals.

Confidently, she hinted at a potential future as an MP or President's wife.
