Good morning His Excellency,
"I am mindful of the next generations and not the next elections."
I am a scholarship student here in Saudi Arabia and a Ghanaian Citizen. You being the President, I am pretty sure this message should rather be channeled to your mail.
His Excellency, haven seen the above quote gave me at least 15% courage to message this Platform. And I hope my voice should be considered.
Mr. President, we the Ghanaian students here want to be evacuated back to our country but no one is listening to us. Why??? Is it because we are Muslims??.
The Government of Ghana doesn't have to pay for our air tickets because we are all scholarship students and the Saudi government it's willing to bring us home.
Yet, we are being ignored. This is a crucial moment for us because personally I have left my two years' daughter, husband etc to study.
Now it's about one month and some weeks when our names were compiled by the consulate but nothing positive.
Are we really considered as younger generations of Ghana??
How would you feel to have your daughter and wife far from home during this crisis?
I'm really disappointed with this whole issue especially when I think there is no one to help us out.
Mr. President, if indeed the above quote it's in your heart then kindly come to our aid
