Hypocrisy and sycophancy eroding the system

Each day in our lives we struggle to bridge the class system which always relegates the average person to the back of the wall.

Many at times by virtue of our position being it educational level or position or whatnots, we tend to look down on others or treat others anyhow coz we feel they are less or nothing compared to our status.

How many times have we hypocritically or sycophantically praised people if even deep down in our hearts we feel they are wrong and rather rebuke those who may be right simply because the former by virtue of their position or status we regard as higher to the latter who may be educationally or materially disadvantaged.

We tend to sideline the natural laws that seek to promote freedom, justice and equal rights for all human beings irrespective of their status in the society.

Many at times we tend to say when an adult and a youth/child have an encounter and all indications point out that the adult is at fault we tend to shield the adult and blame the youth/child and does this promote a positive co-habitat amongst them?

When an adult is wrong it should be pointed out to them and when a child/youth is wrong it should also be pointed out to them without compromise. How long will we sycophantically try to please people for our personal gains rather than being real with them?

We are quick to judge others when we feel they are wrong in their dealings but fail to rebuke ourselves or certain ‘class’ of people we have created or sometimes try to use all forms of justifications to justify our wrongs.

Hypocrisy and Sycophancy have clouded our social and justice system, our political system, our religious system, our work environment, our habitat setting etc

Our religious leaders hypocritically favour the wealthy and rich in the congregation simply because they pay more to offering but money doesn’t please God, our employers favour top managers and when the need to fight for middle and lower managers they cowardly can’t do it, our political systems favours the elites and they continue to enjoy whiles the masses suffer down the line, our social and justice system favours those who can provide the hard currencies and leave the truth lying glare if it needs to be told.

The pull-him/her-down (PHD) syndrome still keeps eroding our societal setting, when we get the opportunity to get close to Bosses or CEOs we try to present ourselves as angels and paint our colleagues as devils just to win favours.

Falsehood has now taken the front seat whiles truth is standing elsewhere at the back. How long will our system promote falsehood because the hard currencies can be exchanged for that?

One basic thing in this world is you can never please your fellow human being, so it is deemed prudent to be real and say it as it is, without compromises than to be a sycophant, therefore if we live our lives every day trying to please men we are just being deceptive.

‘Before we cast the first stone we must check ourselves’ and ‘whenever we point a finger the remaining four points back at us’

Truth hurts but must always be told as it is and it is better to be hurt by many for standing up for the truth than to be loved by many for standing against the truth.

Lets also bear in mind that the table can turn sometimes as no condition is permanent therefore lets treat all others equally as the natural law teaches without regard to peoples status in society, material wealth or educational background or based on certain privileges we have been advantaged to enjoy over others.

As long as we want to bridge the societal differences we need to fight hypocrisy and sycophancy as well otherwise we getting nowhere as a people
