NPP; Needs Change For The Flagbearership In 2016

In basic economics we have many concepts but there are two concepts that have political significance; Needs and Wants. This idea is socially and economically prevalent to Ghanaians. The needs are things that one must have to survive are obligated. Wants are not relevant to mankind as needs are. The needs are food, clothing and medical care. In politics is about finding a visionary leader A person who comes from humble beginnings, such as Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanteg, is what Ghanaians need in the 2016 general election.

In addition, the wants are also something that people desire but are not necessary for survival. In Ghanaian politics what the New Patriotic Party {NPP} wanted in the past previous years in 2008 and 2012 general election was to bring AkufoAddo. Now things must change from the Wants to the Needs for the last three conservative general elections in Ghana the New Patriotic Party (NPP) have always presented to Ghanaians What NPP they themselves want and that person is Akufo Addo. The irony is anytime they presented what NPP wanted and not what Ghanaians needed Ghanaian rejected their presidential candidate for the general election and continued to be in opposition.

As a result of these aforementioned reasons the majority of Ghanaians have continued to suffer for the past six years while under the National Democratic Congress NDC governing the nation. The NPP wants; is Akufo Addo but not what is needed of the majority of Ghanaians to vote for the NPP to retain power to govern the nation. Enough is enough; It’s time for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to give Ghanaian voters what they actually need; constructive and forward looking visionary leader to provide what Ghanaians Need is someone and no other person like John Alan Kwadwo Kyeremating; as a man who comes from a humble beginning. He is a visionary leader and job creator. When he speaks, he refers to his fellow countryman and women as” we Ghanaians”; unlike Akufo Addo who always refers to his fellow countryman and women as” you Ghanaians’” instead of we Ghanaians. My fellow NPP members, let this time be different.We should not only allow the parliamentarians who use their influence in their constituencies to influence the NPP delegates and the polling station executive members across the country to vote for what they the NPP wants, but not what Ghanaians need.

However; what most of the NPP cynics who do not like Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanteng have failed to understand is that the ground has shifted beneath them; what the NPP wants, is not what Ghanaians need. Ghana needs Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanteng; his capacity of bringing good govennerce remains undiminished. The crisis which the NPP members have faced over the last six years of NDC is how to elect the person whom Ghanaians need; but not what the NPP wants. A great party such us NPP cannot continue to bring losing candidates such as Akofu Addo as what they solely want and not to bring a better candidate; such as Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanteng is what Ghanaians needs.
