NPP is our heritage

"Government is a gift, and the party is ours" - Dominic Eduah (2018)

From the ghettos of the imperialists and the tyranny of the oppressors did our forefathers struggle to erupt and established the UGCC - the bedrock of our beloved New Patriotic Party.

From United Gold Coast Convention to National Liberation Movement through the United Party and eventually, the Progress Party, the molestations, victimizations, intimidations our forefathers faced, the brutalities of their native dictator (Dr. Kwame Nkrumah), the pathetic death of Dr. J. B. Danquah, Obetsebi Lamptey and the few whose names didn't come out, these are sorrowful moments that as successors of our forefathers, we should always reflect on before we make a move as a political party.

In 2016, prior to the elections, we lost Kwabena Boadu - an intelligent young man who was prepared to sacrifice his early live for the victory of NPP. "Kwabena Boadu told me he was prepared to die for NPP to win elections 2016, three days afterwards, he suddenly died" - Mugeeb.

*May the gentle soul of my Atiwa brother Rest In Peace*

Dear Party Youth, Fellow Executive Member, Honourable MP, Hon. Minister, Happy man CEO, Beauty Lady Government Appointee, Mr/Madam contract awarding party faithful, Mr. Grassroot man, will your deeds, actions and inactions keep the heritage alive?

To the youth of the party, while campaigning with Dominic Eduah, he used to tell me "the 2016 victory was for President Akufo-Addo and his Associates who have been sacrificing for the party and investing in it since we lost in 2008. Our investment will mature in 2020".

I think I agree with my Senior Brother.

Yesterday, Mr. Kofi Baafi - CEO of GFZA advised a crop of party young men that we should define our individual relevance to the party and position ourselves to be known.

I think it was one of the best political tutorials I've enjoyed. In a nutshell, fellow party youth, let us keep our keeps for the party and let's outshine our lamps for all to see.

To the bigwigs, don't dump us today and come to us at the eleventh hour. Be opened and inspirational to the youth of the party. Mr. Young CEO, stop the " family and friends" affairs and help the young people you toiled with in 2016.

Help those you can help and get sweet melody for those you can't help. Don't put them off with pride and arrogance.

One thing I know is the fact that Sammi Awuku is hailed not because he is the most handsome. I'm yet to compete him on that. Massa I will win that competition.

Sammi Awuku is hailed because even if he has nothing for you, you will enjoy his sweet lyrics.

Chairman Emmanuel Effah is hailed because even if he has nothing for you, he wouldn't deny you his palatable advise.

Mr. Kofi Baafi is hailed because even if he has nothing for you, he will never deny you the opportunity to see him.

Sir John is hailed because he is a pure grassroot man.

Mr. Jeff Konadu- the Eastern Regional NPP Secretary is another goodhearted man.

Let's nurture potentials

Let's build NPP for a better tomorrow

NPP is all that we have

NPP is our heritage.......
