Stop running your mouths – NDC apologists

This piece is dedicated to every Ghanaian, and every other person who in one way or the other prayed for and/or worked assiduously to free me from the grips of the NDC. I dedicate this piece to you all, my beautiful people. I am eternally grateful.

First of all, let me state my categorical opinion of the loudmouths in the NDC who have left no lie in the book unuttered, “You are the shameful apologies of our time”! But how can my opinion of these people not be justified when the NDC has many uncouth characters who seem not to have said a word of truth, ever, in their lives fabricate lies in a competition of foolishness.

Then again, the NDC is the only Political Party in Ghana that has a propaganda department that was once headed by the religious bigot, Fiifi Kwertey.

Barely a few weeks ago, President John Dramani Mahama stated that he would rather lose the elections than restore “Nurses and Teachers Training Allowance”. The mendacities of NDC characters reveal the rot that the Ghanaian system has been forced to wreak in.

In light of the innumerable scandals of the John Mahama-led government, it is becoming unbearable to scathe by, day by day. Why not, when the Governor of the Bank of Ghana is alleged to have given an instruction for the sole sourcing of Swiss gold watches to be doled out to pending retirees as a befitting sendoff? The document to this effect is floating everywhere in the media, indiscreetly.

But Mr Governor, supposing we want to just discuss the plight of the North where you hail from, is it not a shame that you would waste $504,000 USD of the poor nation’s money on gold watches when there are deprived witch camps, chronically ill people, poverty riddled communities, and suffering elders some of whom are your family members?

That notwithstanding, haven’t you seen how difficult the living situation of Voltarians is? Let us try the Brong-Ahafo region where the DKM scandal collapsed hundreds of homes due to the greed of strong people in high authority? Your outfit had categorically rejected the reimbursement of DKM victims, but when a promise was later made for the issue to be looked into and resolved, it was just a spelling of mental masturbation that brought a climax of sordid pain.

Do you have a conscience at all? Man, I am disappointed in you, especially that you are a Muslim brother ordered to eschew such distasteful acts of chicanery and gross abuse of authority.

Recently, it was exposed that, currently, there are one million less people on the NHIS register because the system is not working. In any case, the frustration involved in dealing with the NHIS disappointments brings more sickness than the policy can possibly cover, yet you have non-entities like Omane Boamah defending a failed system much like trying to fill a basket with water.

There are idiots in the ruling NDC Party who call Nana Akufo-Addo a “Nothing”, yet we have a President who has derailed the system, rained hell on the basic survival of Ghanaians, and inadvertently driven investors away.

We live in a camouflaged reign of terror where innocent people are arrested; where innocent students are forced to drop out due to very inconceivable circumstances of difficulty; where women are held in hospitals over unpaid maternity bills that ought to be footed by government, which is the most crude and incompetent ever in the history of post-independence Ghana.

Recently, the IMF issued the warning of a, “Full blown financial crisis in Ghana”, due to the government’s rising debts. The IMF maintained that the debt distress remains high under the updated debt sustainability analysis (DSA) with two relevant debt indicators breaching the thresholds under the baseline. Simply put, the IMF is indirectly telling us that the government of President John Dramani Mahama is seriously incompetent and does not know what it is about!

So then, would you vote NDC for your damnation or NPP for your salvation? Over to you folks, I have already made up my mind against the NDC. They can pelt us with rocks, and, of course, they will go scot free, but we will pelt them with truth and dialogue, and still go to jail for it. When desperados rule, there is no room for tolerance!
