The “Wayo” in Alfred Agbesi Woyome tells it all (1).

Can any good thing come from the Narcotics Drugs Congress? Alfred Agbesi Woyome, true to type has ‘wayoed’ the country of ‘opepepeepee peepee-peepee’ We must not lose sight of the fact that the hunter in pursuit of the elephant does not stop to throw stones at birds. It is equally true that a war that is expected does not take the lame unexpected. But if the rat cannot run fast enough, should it not make way for the tortoise? The fact that the deity is kind does not mean that it can be appeased with ordinary water. The day the lion is crippled or fatally wounded will be the day the goat will come to demand what rightly belongs to it. The Nigerians have a saying that: “When a wise man dies in the background of a foolish man, e bi as e bi. Because people go ask say, upon all his wisdom, why ebi say na for background of a foolish man e come die”. It has now been made clear to every Ghanaian that this Mills-Mahama-Ahwoi-Asiedu Nketiah’s Narcotics Drugs Congress is the worst thing that has befallen the country since its emergence. It is led by an inept President, a visionless Vice with an inoperable and kleptomaniac as Chief Scribe. The colossal amount of FIVE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY BILLION CEDIS (580 Billion Cedis) of poor people’s money to a “scoundrel” under mysterious circumstances at a time when we need just a fraction of that amount to secure a verification apparatus to give credibility to our electoral process, goes a long way to prove that the Narcotics Drugs Congress is yet to come to terms as to why it was voted into power. Our comatose, fumbling and wobbling Baba Go Slow, together with his agents of destabilization claim he doesn’t have money to purchase the equipment and even went to the ridiculous extent of telling our brethren in the rural areas that anyone who subjected him/herself to the verification process would surely catch the deadly Aids virus.

Do they love the country? No, I doubt it!

At a time when only an infinitesimal part of “Wayo “me’s ‘opepepeepee – peepee-peepee’ could have been used to purchase a flow chart to measure the quantity of crude lifted from the country, our fumbling and wobbling President and his evil collaborators in the Narcotics Drugs Congress looked at you and me in the eye and arrogantly told us to the face that the money was unavailable and so relied on an outdated measuring rod. Yet it had money to pay a ‘scoundrel’ a whopping 580 billion Cedis. Does this Government have any priority at all? Definitely, not! For as long as part of the blood money could be used to line up their pockets, they don’t care to know what happens to poor people like you and me. Couldn’t part of this ‘opepepeepee- peepee-peepee’ have been used to subsidize the price of fuel to make life a little bit better for poor people like the foot soldiers in various parties who have borne the brunt of increasing hardship foisted upon them by this insensitive and out of focus government?

Let me state here without any fear of contradiction that the then Attorney General and Minister of Justice, (Mrs. Betty Mould Iddrissu) who removed all the fittings, furniture and carpets in the office of the Education Minister and kept them in an undisclosed destination when she assumed duty as the Sector Minister would go down in history as the worst and most unsung Minister. So will Kwabena Dufuor not to leave out the fumbling and wobbling President whose un-inspirational leadership style has given room for such daylight robbery to take place right under his very nose. If it were to be in any other country such ‘criminals’ wouldn’t be walking down the streets as free men and women without being attacked and possibly lynched. Let them try such ‘stupidity’ in Egypt, Libya, Yemen and even Greece and they will see the repercussions of such reckless, bizarre, unpatriotic, irresponsible, contemptuous, cantankerous, and objectionable and obfuscate dissipation of public money.

The role played by Betty Mould, Kwabena Duffour and Alfred ‘Wayo’me in impoverishing Ghanaians is so scandalous and bizarre that it makes my head tingle so much so that my mind goes back to the story of Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves. But, who at all is Ali Baba and who are the Forty Thieves? Sometimes I had to pinch to see if these things are actually happening and if I am not Alice in Wonderland. Sometimes I have to ask myself whether the Three, hereby referred to as “the Gang of Three” are not species from outer space on a mission to destroy Ghana. Yes, I have no doubts in my mind that the Gang of Three and their satanic collaborators like Felix Ofosu Kwakye and Akyena Brantuo have truly descended from hell to make lives difficult for Ghanaians in fulfillment of Mills Bitter Agenda of taking Ghanaians back to the State of nature. Sometimes, I wonder if these satanic agents who are hopping from one radio station to the other in defence of this sacrilegious crime against mother Ghana are indeed true sons and daughters of their Fathers, as the Nigerians will say. I doubt it! Sometimes I wonder if these devious and unpatriotic ‘aliens’ have real Ghanaian blood running through their veins for resorting to such unorthodox and unthinkable method of killing Ghanaians softly with their rapacious looting of our collective till. No, I doubt it and will challenge any person with a contrary view to come out with facts and figures to prove that such persons are indeed Ghanaians! For if indeed they are, then something might have gone wrong with their ‘production process’ and we have to take stern measure to ensure that such retrogressive genes do not find their way back into the procreation of the new Ghanaian Child.

The Gang of Three, have by their reckless and absurd action shown that when it comes to issues concerning improvement in the standard of living of ordinary Ghanaians like you and me, they will throw caution to the wind. In such situations, self preservation of those few at the helm of affairs in the National Drugs Congress becomes the first order of the day.

Otherwise, how do you explain a situation whereby an action which took place during the NPP regime was allowed to lie fallow for a long time only to resurrect when a new Pharaoh who did not know Joseph had emerged? Yes, these people are evil! And how long did the process last? Less than six months! And the Attorney General at that time chose not to contest the case in court but to engage in boardroom politics by inviting the ‘Wayo’me of a man to wine and dine and award some opepepeepee peepee-peepee of the poor people’s money to the him. Why did they not bring on board the then Chief of Staff during the negotiation process. I am sure they also worked out the ‘sharing formulae’ at that meeting. Yes, these people and any person from the highest papacy to the lowest clergyman who has justified the ‘award’ of this money to the ‘scoundrel’ is him/herself a scoundrel and evil and will have the wrath of God visit him/her at the appropriate time. The payment of such a colossal sum of money in complete disregard to all established legal systems known since the creation of the universe was unmeritorious and senseless. Such verdict could not be found even under the ‘Draconian Code’ which was a conglomeration of all known harsh laws in the world. And when one considers the fact that this amount was paid to the ‘scoundrel’ even before the disgraced Attorney General told the court that she had negotiated a settlement with the ‘villain’ whose main aim of going to court was geared towards making it impossible for ordinary Ghanaians like you and I to climb out of the dangerous dungeon which the incongruous actions of the President have plunged them into, one can justly conclude that these men and women are indeed the devil’s re-incarnate..

Yet, they tell us they love Ghanaians more than the Founding Fathers did. No, they are evil, scoundrels and my enemies and for that mater, yours too! They are criminals who must not be let loose in a decent society like ours. Yes, they deserve to be chained at all cost and it is to that attainment that our efforts should be concentrated. Ghanaians should not forget that it was this same ‘Wayo’me who recruited unruly/undisciplined foot soldiers to South Africa to fondle the breasts of women and rape a Canadian lady. Yes, these Things happened and were given wide publicity in the media. Let me state that Betty Mould Iddrissu and Kwabena Dufuor should count themselves lucky that those act of deliberate recklessness and daylight robbery did not take place in Nigeria. You remember the fate that befell Professor Tam David West, then Nigerian Minister for Petroleum Resources. He was tasked by the evil Genius, then President Ibrahim Babaginda to negotiate an oil deal with an expatriate company. He was accused of drinking a cup of tea and receiving a wrist watch so as to influence him in short-charging Nigeria during negotiations. He served some time in prison.

This huge amount of money paid out by ‘criminals’ masquerading as appointees without justification could trigger a people’s revolution if it is not handled properly. While ordinary Ghanaians are struggling everyday to eke a living,( having their goods seized and appropriated, having their ears chopped off after being kicked and stepped on by unruly officials of Mills and Vanderpuye Storm Troopers), our Government has foolishly, arrogantly and dishonestly awarded a ‘villain’ who might not even be a Ghanaian this colossal sum of money. If the Narcotics Drugs Congress of the Fumbling and Wobbling Baba Go Slow expects Ghanaians to sit down like mumus, they are mistaken. If Ghanaians remain docile and do not react to this rape of our country, then there is something wrong with our mental psyche.

And to think that the payment was made against the background that Government disregarded two letters strongly advising it not to pay up the money but still went ahead to pay shows how evil, arrogant, insensitive and criminal it is. If it were their father’s money would they have done what they did? I am extremely bitter at the deliberate failure of Institutions to protect the State when the very soul and spirit of our nation came under siege by a cabal of evil destroyers. Let no one talk of the use of intemperate language here. There is no other word or adjective that could be used to describe perpetrators of such a heinous crime against mother Ghana. I cannot ignore their motive. I cannot use any other word to lesson the gravity of their crime against God and humanity. What do you call somebody who commits a crime? – A criminal! And criminals they will remain all the days of their lives. Could they have done such a thing during the ‘cleansing’ period of both the AFRC and the PNDC? They would have been given summary execution! Yet the Narcotics Drugs Congress claims it was founded on Probity and Accountability.

The time has come for all patriotic Ghanaians to come out en-masse and march to Parliament House and the Castle to tell our Law-makers and the President and his Greedy Bastards that enough is enough. We too want our legal share of the loot. While we are suffering under the unbearable yoke of this Rehobeam who has decided to whip us with scorpions, the Rehobeam of a President chooses to ‘cool off’ in the United States. And this is the second time within two months that he has visited that country - all at the taxpayer’s expense. What happened to his “Dzi wo fie Asem” mantra?

There has been complacency somewhere. There has been conspiracy somewhere. In the end, arrogance, callousness and wickedness have conspired with the Greedy Bastards and Agents of destabilization to manipulate the judicial process to bring us to the situation in which we now find ourselves. To bring perpetrators of this heinous crime against mother Ghana is a task that must be accomplished. On this I stand. Country people, I salute you. I shall surely return.

Have a Prosperous New Year. Stay blessed.
