In the long run, it produces graduates ill-equipped to tackle complex challenges in their personal and professional lives.

Short-term success, long-term deficits

Cramming may yield short-term success in exams, allowing students to achieve high scores. However, this success often comes at the expense of genuine comprehension and retention of knowledge.
