Part 2
When the President of the Republic outlined his vision for the country, we saw that a section of Parliament was completely EMPTY, as a result of the so-called boycott by the Minority whose members boycotted the inauguration of the President, boycotted the vetting of Ministers of state and for the 3rd time, they boycotted the President’s State of the Nation Address. However, they did not boycott their monthly salaries, they did not boycott their GH¢500.00 given to them to rent decent houses and they will not boycott car loans that will be given to parliamentarians very soon, BUT THEY ARE NOT PREPARED TOWORK ON BEHALF OF THOSE WHO STOOD IN THE HOT SUN TO CAST THEIR VOTES FOR THEM. They are NOT PREPARED TO Work for those of us who woke up as early as 2am. On Dec 7th 2012 to queue and vote for them. Why? The 2012 elections were very free-fair and transparent but the tribal bigots from the Asante/Akyem party calling itself the NPP will not accept the RESULTS Congratulate the winner and recognize him as the elected President of Ghana because HE IS A NORTHERNER FROM THE MINORITY TRIBE IN GHANA AND SO HE IS NOT FIT TO BE A PRESIDENT in the eyes of the violent prone NPP-a party that has been preaching TRIBAL SUPERIORITY since 1992 to date. In 2008, Nana Akuffo Addo never accepted defeat and did not congratulate President J.E.A Mills who won the election on the third round. These Asante/Akyem politicians leading the NPP have NO SELF RESPECT and this disease has infected all the NPP members. They have the false belief that the Supreme Court will declare that Nana Akuffo Addo is the President and not President Mahama in the 2012 elections. What will rather happen is that the case sent to the Supreme Court by the NPP may STRUCK OUT for want evidence at WORST, At BEST, the Supreme Court will order FOR AN ELECTORAL REFORM since the so-called evidence cooked by the violent prone NPP will not be sufficient enough to overturn the 2012 election results in favour of Nana Akuffo Addo, the hot headed tribal bigot and man of violence. I am however very happy to note that the Diplomatic Community in Ghana are watching political events in Ghana with EAGLE EYES. Let me remind these innocent looking members of the NPP that Ghana does not belong to the people of ASANTE/AKYEM ALONE, but she belongs to all Ghanaians, so those violent politicians who hail from these two regions must be extra careful. Yes, you are included if you support the violent and destructive path of the NPP. No matter who you are, no matter your status in society because you will finally die and be buried one day as any other Ghanaian-so who are you and what are you of course, you are nothing before a decimal point.
Some fake Pastors and false prophets blatantly misuse the WORD OF GOD and manipulate the religious beliefs of Ghanaians for crass political objects. The so-called prophecy of one Prophet Owusu Bempah, a card bearing member of the NPP who saw his own DEATH and passed it on to President Mahama have formed the basis of several rounds of baseless recriminations in our politics since Dr. Afari Gyan, the EC Chairman declared President Mahama as the winner of the December 7th elections in 2012.
Before the general elections, there was a directive from the National Headquarters of the NDC in which the Party leaders advised all members of the NDC to go out and vote massively for all NDC parliamentarians and president Mahama. It added that NDC members should go home after voting and then go back to the polling stations at 5pm to witness the vote counting All NDC members did as we were told and left the polling stations after casting our votes.
On the other hand, a directive came from the NPP headquarters telling all NPP members to go out in their numbers to vote for Nana Akuffo Addo and all NPP Parliamentarians AND STAY AT THE POLLING STATIONS TO PROTECT THE BALLOT BOXES UNTIL 5pm when voting is over. They also did as they were told. However, when the results were first announced and the NPP was leading Mr. Owusu Afriyie a.k.a Sir John quickly came out to announce the results in favour of the NPP as the General Secretary and urged his party supporters to wear white Attire throughout the country – but the voting was extended to Saturday Dec. 8th 2012 since some people could not cast their votes on 7th Dec. and when the Electoral Commission Chairman was about to announce the final results the NPP said that they had evidence of vote rigging by the NDC and Dr. Afari Gyan called for evidence, and for 2 good hours, the NPP had none- Dr. Afari Gyan called their bluff and went ahead to announce the NPP is now in the Supreme Court. Yes, t he turn round to d describe the President of the Republic as a thief and for that matter all NDC members? Frankly speaking, nobody has the monopoly over insults in this country. Here is a bunch of de-Africanised political criminals of the highest order in the NPP who could not identify a political disaster when they saw one deriving the 2012 elections. What were the real meanings of “All Die Be Die” and the tribal slogan “We Akans Are Not cowards” that came out of the foul month of Nana Akuffo Addo – the tribal warlord and Presidential candidate of the NPP. Why did he let loose some NPP members to intimidate and harass NDC members at Kyebi, his hometown in the Eastern Region in the presence of President Mahama a during the campaign. . Any way, a fool remain a fool whether he goes to university or not and will remain a fool until he die and then be buried in a foolish grave and covered with cursed sand period. The overall NEGATIVE effects of these dangerous and destabilising statements during and after the elections about leading government functionaries including the President as well as some prominent chiefs in Ghana is the only object of the NPP and their hired man of God in the person of Owusu Bempah – They will fail.
This fake prophet has seen his own death, but not the President. It is an open secret that some crooks in cassocks are seeking through other means rather than through the APPROVED CONSTITUITIONAL MEANS OF ELECTIONS TO DETERMINE THE POLITICAL LEADERSHIP OF THE COUNTRY BUT THEY LIE BAD, Some people with Bibles in their hands and Bombs have now become the MOUTHPIECES of Opposition Leaders and their political parties in Ghana, who after having losing the elections in a free, fair and transparent polls are seeking power through the flagrant abuse of the Religious Faith of our citizens. Let me remind such political leaders and their questionable characters in cassocks that Presidents are chosen as an act of the exercise of the political will of well meaning Ghanaians who Cherish Peace, Unity and the development of the country and not through the Agents of Satan and Agents of genocide in the NPP with bombs and deadly grenades in their pockets ready to turn the country upside down and make it ungovernable just because their chosen Tribal War Lord did not win the 2012 elections. Let the NPP bring back Nana Akuffo Addo in 2016, and he will again win only in Asante/Akyem the two so-called strong holds of the NPP- where their bloodsoaked National Liberation Movement with “Mate-meho” as its local name turned those Regions unto the killing fields of the in human United Party and sent innocent men, women and children to their untimely graves between 1951-1956, but that tribal party lost all the three elections conducted by our British colonial masters who had wanted Dr. Busia to win those elections in 1951, 1954 and 1956. So despite those killings, the United Party, an offshoot of the dreaded National Liberation Movement which the NPP represent today lost all those elections to the well organized socialist CPP led by the Late Dr. Kwame Nkrumah of blessed memory. As a former Young Pioneer Cadre, I took very active part in national politics on the rich advice of Dr. Nkrumah in 1959 to when I took up my pen to write against the violent prone NPP-my pen always becomes a Burning Spear striking their hearts and they always ran for cover. I am fully prepared to deal ruthlessly with these red eyed political infidels if they don’t stop INSULTING OUR BABY FACED PRESIDENT and the NDC. You keep your fingers crossed, I shall return in part 2 of this article. I am done I shall return when the need arise.

The Constitutional Review Committee and Election of DCES
Attempts to decentralise the administration of Ghana Started as far back as 1948 with the setting up of the Watson commission which was followed by various other commissions ad committees on decentralization, and the implementation has been very difficult for several reasons. What actually galvanized the erst while PNDC government under former Chairman Rawlings into taking the Buil by the horns and tackling the decentralization policy very seriously was its commitment to making the people part of the DECISION MAKING PROCESS. However, this could not be effectively carried out with an entire government machinery centred in the NATIONAL CAPITAL where all major policy decisions programmes and development plans were initiated from the capital city, Accra to the detriment of those the programmes were intended for. All Assemblymen/Women are supposed to be in charge of the day to day administration of their electoral areas nationwide. Do they know this? They are supposed to organize periodic communal labours to clean gutters and weed bushy surroundings in their electoral areas – Do they do it. Since 1996 to date? The answers are capital No. All Assembly members are supposed to meet the electorate before attending Assembly meetings in order to put across the concerns of the very people who elected them and go back to brief their people about what went on at the Assemblies. Do they do this? The answer is again capital NO.
At best, most Assemblymen could be seen at the offices of the MMDCE’S looking for contracts – others become very passive, while others have turned themselves into funeral committee members in their electoral areas because NOBODY WANTS TO BE CALLED A BAD GUY for implementing the sanitary bye-laws of the Assemblies, further more, some Assembly members have become professional Bail contractors are at the various Police Stations nation wide, and these attitudes are complete ALIEN TO THE ASSEMBLY CONCEPT. The PNDC brought power from the centre to the grassroots but it is gradually going back to the centre step by step. The then District Secretaries were the Heads of the District mass movement as well as the Heads of Executives Committee. I have been moved to write this article after reading the Presidents State of the Nation Address in which he stated that every effort will be made to ensure that District Chief Executives are elected at the Local Level, so in my opinion, it is a giant trap set by the constitutional Review Committee for the President to step on. Therefore, I am strongly suggesting to the President NOT to allow the election of DCE’s in his first term as he stated because of the above stated reasons since the District Assembly concept is currently bearing deviated from its original path. The NPP promised to ensure that DCEs were elected when they came to power – that was the then candidate Kufour in 2000, yet when he came to power, he refused to do it for very good political reasons. This is the main reason why I am advising my Northern brother NOT TO TOW THE LINE OF THE Constitutional at Review Committee by allowing DCE’s to be elected since it will be a political suicide to do so now, for it is simply not advisable. It is a giant trap set for you . so don’t go there at now. The NDC I under president Rawlings passed a very bad Law on causing financial loss to the State because they wanted to apply it to the NPP members after the 2000 elections, Rawlings ignored his cadres advice and it was passed, very Rawlings cabinet and they even tried to jail his wife on top.
So, Mr. President kindly considered this suggestion.

Who Are The Biggest Thieves In Ghana? – Part 2
It was under the supervision of Nana Akuffo Addo, flag bearer of the NPP, when as Attorney General, he left off the hook, arrested cocaine barons and couriers who were all card bearing members of the NPP.
Immediately following the coming into power of the violent prone NPP, THE TASK TO FREE COCAINE and other drug barons to operate freely in Ghana fell on Nana Akuffo Addo, who the then Attorney General, quickly arranged to have the CONFISCATED ASSETS OF DRUG BARONS RETURNED TO THEM IN 2001. One of such people was no other person than Mr. Raymond Amankwah who is related to Nana Akuffo Addo by marriage as his brother-in-law. His ice-cream factory and other assets that were seized by the State were all restored to him even though the Law on drugs allows the confiscating of the properties of drug barons-Apostles of the Rule of Law indeed. (2) Three women organizers of the Dzorwulu Constituency of the NPP namely Arena Oforiwaa, Ama Nyarko and Comfort Amankwaa who were arrested at the Kotoka International Airport for attempting to smuggle cocaine were freed for want of prosecution on the orders of Nana Akuffo Addo who was then the Attorney General. These women were arrested in Feb. 2002. (3) it then came to the turn of Mr. Eric Amoateng, the then NPP Member of Parliament for Nkoranza North who was arrested in the United States for exporting cocaine and heroin into that country. As usual, with the NPP government under Ex-President Kufour, they denied that fact until that dishonourable NPP/MP was jailed in the United States. The extremely corrupt government of the violent prone NPP was then faced with the BITTER TRUTH SO they quickly RUSHED A BILL TO PARLIAMENT to secure THE TRANSFER OF GHANAIAN CONVICTS ABROAD BACK TO GHANA but the U.S. government rejected the NPP government’s stupid attempt to bring back convicted NPP drug barons to Ghana to SET THEM FREE. These political spiders think they are wiser than all world leaders.
The current arrogant Minority Leader who see himself as an untouchable super human being, Mr. Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu defended the cocaine convict, Mr. Eric Amoateng on the floor of Parliament on 17th January 2007 by stating that THERE WAS NOTHING TO SHOW THAT ERIC AMOATENG WAS EXPORTING COCAINE.
Refer to the GNA news report. Politics is a serious business and anybody who is really serious can cross check the facts because I don’t write by heart.
(4) The son of Akenten Appiah Menkah, a leading member of the NPP was also found with a stomach full of cocaine, he was prosecuted and jailed accordingly. (5) Dr. Nyaho Tamakloe – a former Ambassador’s son was also arrested and jailed in connection with Indian Hemp- the list is endless. Therefore, when this writer describe members of the NPP as a bunch of de-Africanised political criminals of the highest order, readers must accept that fact. Again, when NDC members describe members of the NPP as a Narcotic Peddlers Party. All objective readers must accept that as a FACT too.
During the 2012 election campaign, Nana Akuffo Addo told students at KNUST in Kumasi that he has never been cited for corruption, Fair enough.
Now, the Auditor General’s Report of 2005 on what happened at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs when Nana Addo was the then Foreign Ministers stated below.
An amount of US$1,446,396 cash was withdrawn from the Ministry’s Special Collections Accounts of seven Embassies without the knowledge of the Controller and Accountant General – What did Nana Akuffo Addo tell Ghanaians since he was the then Foreign Minister at the time? He said nothing and if so, is such a person trustworthy to become the President of Ghana and then turn the country into a Narcotic State? If the behavior of Nana Addo as then Foreign Minister at that time was not stealing, then what was it? You can cross check more facts from the Accountant General’s Department on the following numbers in Accra, Ghana- 0302-662493 or Fax 0302-662493. Under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, an amount of €76.761 which was transferred to the Copenhagen Mission on 2nd August 2006 could not be traced into the Mission’s accounts. Nana Akuffo Addo the then Foreign Minister was there, let him talk to refute this damaging allegation. I am somebody who do not like writing without facts, I do not like writing to tarnish the reputation of people and because of that, my pen becomes a Burning Spear striking the heart of the NPP since 1996 because all my articles are always laced with BAREFACTS the NPP always run for cover, but they cannot hide because they HATE the TRUTH.
Furthermore, the NPP government acquired the Barnet Building near Busy Internet in Accra for the VAT Service at a whopping amount of GH¢874,154 and rehabilitated it at a cost GH¢2,387,216 although there were only 11 years on the lease and there was a possibility that the lease may not be extended, so who are the Biggest Thieves in Ghana since 1992 to date 2013?of course they are the leading members of the NPP as well as former cabinet ministers, MMDCE’S and their Regional and Constituency Executives since 1992 to date. Let them dare me. Those who seek justice must come with clean hands and not with tainted hands as the NPP is currently going to and from the Supreme Court.
An amount of ¢202,719,912 were paid out to companies without any supporting documents such as receipts, invoices, contracts and reports etc. some of the companies are (1) Eugene (2) F&A Investment (3) Supernatural Ventures (4) Kaldal Ltd and (5) M&E. An amount of ¢16.3 billion cedis worth of kitchen inputs that they claimed to have bought did not reach stores. The NPP from 2001 to 2008 were looting Brigades who engaged in 419 scams to chop the tax payers money. The Brigade Commander of the NPP Looting Brigade was Ex-Prez. J.A. Kuffour with Nana Akuffo Addo as the Deputy Brigade Commander and not Aliu Mahama who was only a driver’s mate instead of the Vice President of Ghana. Keep your fingers crossed. I shall return when the need arise. I am done. “Jaanbie Iwaii”. Aluta Continua.

Who Are The Biggest Thieves In Ghana? – Part 3
I am using this social media to advise all countries in the various newspapers and Ghanaweb.com to avoid publishing wild unsubstantiated allegations, trash and outright falsehood against innocent politicians just because they disagrace with such people or because of pure hatred. The reason is that the columnist can be sued in court by the aggrieved people for libel running into billions of Ghana cedis as well as the media house that published the false article because everybody has a reputation to protect, so all columnist must do a lot of research before they decide to expose people especially politicians, most of them in the NPP who hate the truth.
They have lost the 2012 general election and have gone to the Supreme Court and will lose again because they are extremely bitter and so, if you play the foot and an NPP member grabsand bites you, no medical officer in the whole big world can save your life even though snake bites can easily be cured within a day or two.
It is not only very dangerous to publish lies against innocent politicians from both sides of the political divide, but it is also ungodly to do that, this is my rich advice to all columinists in Ghana- I hope this is a very clear advice. The Youth form 80% of Ghana’s population and these Youth were not born during Dr. Nkrumah’s regime from 1956-1966, there were not born during the era of the National Liberation Council (NLC) military junta led by General Kotoka and A.A. Afrifa – Feb. 1966. They were not born during the era of Dr. K.A. Busia’s Progress Party government from 1969-1972, Yet still, majority of the youth were not born during the then National Redemption Council (NRC) military junta led by General Acheampong from 1972-1978 which overthrew Dr. Busia’s Progress Party government, or during the palace coup led by General Akuffor Who removed Gen. Acheampong at gun point in July 1978- June 4, 1979 when the World President the Flt. Lt. J.J. Rawlings lined up these nation wreckers at the Teshie military range on the orders of Ghanaians and gave them firing squad to the pleasure of all Ghanaians except the bereaved families of the slain solidiers. Finally, must of the youth did not know or understand the main reasons why some 3 former heads of state and 6 senior military officers were tied to the stakes and shot dead by the Armed Forces Revolutionary Council (AFRC) led by Chairman Rawlings June 1979. September 1979 just 3 months in office but there was Probity, Accountability cleanliness and discipline in Ghanaian society.
Jerry Rawlings handed over power to Dr. Hilla Liman in September 1979 and boldly him (Limann) that he was on probation.
However, Western nations led by Britain deceived Limann to do away with the Peoples man Jerry Rawlings before the British flew to Ghana and re-organised the Ghana Armed had he held Limann was NOT and Nkrumahist at all neither had he held a CPP membership card before he was a dyed in the wool NPP card bearing member- so he turned Rawlings as his Number enemy and all June 4 members including this writer with an order to all management of public Boards and corporations nationwide to dismiss ALL KNOWN Supporters of the June 4 movement and his order was obeyed. As for the military the police, the prisons and other security agencies they were quickly identified dismissed while several officers were even fortured to death by the Military in the barracks on the orders of Dr. Limann who ordered the military Intelligence (MI) chaps to follow Jerry Rawlings and captain(rtd) Kojo Tsikata 24hrs daily until Rawlings cam back on 31st December 1981. I was a member of the June 4 Movement who was sacked by Dr. Limann’s PNP government through a letter signed by Dr. Mabila the then minister of Presidential affairs who dispatched that letter to AGC in March 1980 and I was sacked alongside 102 miners in the AGC. We, the June if members went underground and eluded the dreaded MI chaps while preparing the people of Ghana for the support of the 31st December revolution without the knowledge of the dreaded MI chaps – after all, who born dog?
All active members of June 4 actually knew that Rawlings was going to launch a revolution to overthrow Dr. Limann’s govt-but we did not know the actual date-well. The rest is history. It is not the leadership of the NPP that legitimize a President of Ghana, they have no mandate to do so, at all. Yes the Apostles of the Rule of Law have now become the rule of man by taking the Law into their hands. It is rather the people of Ghana who always cast their votes to elect a president and the Electoral Commissioner is the ONLY person mandated by the 1992 constitution to declare the results, and he has been doing exactly so since 1992 to date 2012. These empty receptacles parading as members of parliament representing the Minority NPP must give us a break. Can you believe that the NPP, when in power refusd to sack their inspector General of Police even when millions of Ghana Cedis worth of cocaine got lost from the strong room in the Police headquarters where the IGP is located? Cocaine trade began to flourish under the NPP government and any mention of the NPP and its relations with cocaine was brushed aside as were perception until Mr. Eric Amoateng, an NPP MP for Nkoranza North was arrested in the United States and finally jailed. Even so, Mr. Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu, now minority leader stood on the floor of parliament and shamefully bragged that there was nothing to show that Eric Amoateng was guilty of exporting heroin – GNA report Jan. 17th 2006, This MP for same was in criminal solidarity with the disgrace MP for Nkoranza North – what a big shame. When the police arrested some cocaine suspects at East Legon, they started negotiating with the leader of the drug barons on idephone to pay them money so that they could REPLACE the cocaine with SODA POWDER. The then IGP was closely connected with the NPP government, was involved in that case as well. He was deeply involved with negotiating with the girl friend of the leader of the drug barons. In the end , that cocaine case died a natural death with the lying NPP, IGP Mr. Patrick Kwarteng Acheampong still holding on to his post until the end of the NPP rule while innocent people were quickly processed for court and jailed – Oh! God help Ghana. Therefore, if Nana Akuffo Addo had won the 2012 election to become Ghana’s Presidents the NPP would have corrupted the Judiciary, the Army the police and Civil Service by turning Ghana into a cocaine state forever. They are Thieves
