The Price of Gold in Ghana: Chinese illegal mining in Ghana, who is killing hundreds of Ghanaian People every month through both "Galamsey" operational accidents and Pollution of local drinking water.

Do we attribute it mainly to the Chinese illegal miners or to (90%) Ghana Government (Security Agencies) through corruption?

Ghana, as we are all aware is still experiencing a new Gold rush with the widespread of corruption causing the illegal mining to flourish.

Ghana took a 3 Billion Dollar loan from China for infrastructure and other developments, it is therefore encourages hundreds of Chinese entering Ghana illegal every year to do illegal mining with the help of our chiefs and the security Agencies at the Immigration and Police departments .

The Chinese illegal mining activities in the Country are not only damaging our farming lands and polluting our local drinking water but also killing hundreds of Ghanaian People every month through technical incompetence and failure. While women are losing their Husbands, parents too lose their children who are lured to do galamsey instead of going to school.

First of all, most the Chinese miners are completely illegal in the Country without Requisite documents to stay in the Country and yet bribe their way through to undertake a "Galamsey" Business and on top own Guns.
